Welcome to IntroMe Limited trading as MyOffer (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Role

easySale is an introduction service only. We connect homeowners with trusted partners who may be able to assist with property-related services.

We are not a licensed real estate agency and do not carry out “real estate agency work” as defined under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. We do not negotiate or conclude property sales on your behalf, market properties for sale, or provide real estate agency services. Any decisions you make, or agreements you enter into, as a result of an introduction are entirely between you and the third party.

2. Independence of Third Parties

All third parties we introduce are independent businesses or individuals. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for their actions, advice, or services.

3. No Advice

We do not provide legal, financial, investment, or property advice. You should obtain your own independent professional advice before relying on any information or entering into any agreement.

4. No Guarantees

We aim to connect you with the right people, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive an offer, that a property will sell, or the price, terms, or speed of any transaction. Introductions are opportunities only - outcomes are your responsibility.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
• Do not withhold information that could affect an introduction or decision.
• Use our website and services lawfully and responsibly.
• Make your own independent decisions about whether to proceed with a third party.

We are not responsible for problems that arise from information you provide that is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We may decline, suspend, or stop providing services if you provide false or misleading information, misuse our service, act unlawfully, or act in a way that may harm our business or partners.

7. Fees & Introductions

We do not charge fees to sellers through this website. Any fees payable by third parties (for example, buyers) are governed by a separate, signed Introduction Agreement. This Terms of Service does not itself impose any fees. We may keep records of introductions for business, compliance, and audit purposes.

8. Website Use Disclaimer

We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for technical issues, inaccuracies, or downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law:

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or costs (direct, indirect, or consequential) resulting from your use of our website or introductions.
• We are not liable for the actions, advice, or omissions of third parties.
• You agree to indemnify us against any claims, costs, or damages that arise from your use of our services, your information, or your dealings with third parties.

10. Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the New Zealand courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published here with a new “last updated” date.
